Fees buy cones.

We are infrastructure. Volume funds the vault. The vault dispatches cones. You take a number, you get a cone.

Work order lifecycle

Funded. Queued. Dispatched. Closed.

Funded

Trade fees flow into a USDC vault. Volume is the only lever. Nobody has to think about it.

Queued

Everyone gets a number. The vault hits its threshold and the next person in line gets a claim.

Dispatched

The claim is a discount code for one mini cone at our shop. One code, one cone.

Closed

You type your address at checkout, to the store, never to us. Tracking closes the ticket.

Unbox photo optional. Tracking closes the work order.

The asset

One deliverable.

A mini desk traffic cone. Orange, reflective bands, sits next to your monitor and tells people to slow down. Every piece of infrastructure starts with a cone.

Costs roughly $3 to $8 to make and ship. It is the only thing we build.

Trade to join the line 1 work order = 1 cone Fulfilled by the store, not by us
Scope

Out of scope until the road holds.

Phase 2, and only after 50 unbox posts exist. Infrastructure earns expansion. Road work. Wait. Cone.
